This is a fixed-fee package specifically designed for new-build, one-off residential dwellings up to 220 sq. meters (approx. 2,370 sq. ft.) of gross floor area

We guarantee the planning documents will meet all local authority submission requirements. We handle all planning-related revisions until submission is accepted as valid.
What's Included in the €4,950 Fixed Fee?
The goal is to provide everything a customer needs to submit a valid Full Planning Application to their local County Council (exclusive of third-party reports and council fees).
